Cancellations and Refunds

General

Customers who are entitled for refunds from Travelogues Global will receive the refund amount within 90 working days after the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever comes first. Customers will receive reimbursements for on-trip cancellations within 90 working days of their return date or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever comes first. Please contact bookings@traveloguesglobal.com with any questions or clarifications.

The refund amount shown is subject to fluctuate based on international currency rates, supplier reimbursements, and customer payments collected to date.

Flights

  • Customers who cancel flights listed as "Non-Refundable" on their final travel vouchers will get no reimbursement.

  • Customers will get a refund for flights identified as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers according to the terms specified under the "Cancellation Policy" in the final itinerary supplied via email.

  • Total reimbursements for airfares may include components that fluctuate based on international exchange rates.

  • Travelogues Global shall not be held liable for flights that are grounded, cancelled, or delayed. Any cancellation requests for these flights must be made with the relevant airlines. Refunds would be subject to the processing of the relevant airlines.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that his or her passport is valid for at least one year and is in excellent shape. Travelogues Global is not obligated to repay a customer who is unable to board a flight due to an invalid passport (validity expired, damaged passports).

  • Customers are expected to arrive at the airport before to their scheduled boarding time (at least 2 hours prior to boarding time). Travelogues Global is not liable for refunding clients who miss their flights due to delayed arrival at the airport (in circumstances where airport transfers were not booked by us).

  • Flight cancellations due to delayed transfers due to unforeseen conditions particular to an area shall not be borne by Travelogues Global in situations where airport transfers are arranged.

  • The final travel vouchers will include information on luggage restrictions (cabin and check-in). Additional fees for exceeding luggage limitations must be paid by the client at the time of check-in.

  • Certain airlines enforce an obligatory web check-in policy. Failure to comply with this may result in an extra fee being charged at the airport. In such cases, Travelogues Global is not obligated to repay consumers.

  • On request, Travelogues Global will create meal preferences for consumers with aircraft airlines. Travelogues Global, on the other hand, has no control over the availability or quality of meals offered on the aircraft. The airline company will have total control over this.

Hotels

  • When cancelling hotels indicated as "Non-Refundable" on the final trip vouchers, the buyer will get no return.

  • For hotels listed as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, reimbursements and deadlines will apply as specified in the product's "Cancellation Policy" section and in the final itinerary delivered via email.

  • Total hotel refunds may include components that fluctuate with international exchange rates.

  • Accepting early check-in or late check-out requests is entirely at the hotel's discretion. Due to the non-availability of these requests, Travelogues Global will be unable to handle cancellation requests.

Activities

  • Customers who cancel activities listed as "Non-Refundable" on their final travel vouchers will get no return.

  • For activities listed as "Refundable" on the final travel vouchers, reimbursements and deadlines will apply as specified in the product's "Cancellation Policy" section and in the final itinerary delivered via email.

  • The overall reimbursement for activities may contain components that fluctuate based on international currency rates.

Transfers

  • Refunds and deadlines for any transfers will be as specified in the product's "Cancellation Policy" section and in the final itinerary given via email.

  • Transfer reimbursements may contain components that fluctuate with international exchange rates.

Visa and Insurance 

  • Travelogues Global works as a middleman in the Visa application process. We will advise consumers on Visa requirements and papers for certain locations. The decision to grant or refuse a visa lies completely with the relevant embassy, and Travelogues Globalwill not be held liable for any applications that are denied. In the event that a visa application is denied, the visa cost is non-refundable.

  • While we make every effort to deliver a flawless Visa experience for our customers, Travelogues Globalwill not be held liable for any unanticipated modifications to Visa procedures imposed by the embassy during the document submission and processing phase.

  • Once purchased, insurance is non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
